a. Note:   Job Haskell, Jr., and Isabel Winship, a native of Marblehead, MA, were married in 1766. They moved to Chichester, Merrimack Co., NH, and in about 1790 to Pittsfield, 6 miles NE of Chichester. In 1790 or 1792 they moved to Strafford, Orange Co., VT. Six children are listed by Ira J. Haskell in the following reference. Job enlisted in The Continental Army in April, 1775, and served in several companies during Revolutionary War. He was granted a US Pension on 22 August 1832. REF: "Chronicles of the Haskell Family", by Ira J. Haskell, Ellis Printing Co., Lynn, MA, 1943; and personal notes on the Haskell family genealogy written by Betsy Ann Haskell Noyes about 1890.
  No Haskells are listed in the 1790 Federal Census of Tunbridge, Vermont, so their move to Tunbridge was after the summer of 1790.
