Notes
a. Note:   Travelled to New York in 1868 with her two sons - Cornelius and John. She stayed there for some years and is recorded on the 1870 Federal Census. She returned with Con and his family in 1875
b. Note:   When the Kennerks returned to Dublin, Con's mother Bridget found accommodation at no. 2 Upper Dominick Street. Eliza made the regular journey to see that she was in good health and to take messages to her. When Bridget got sick two years later in 1879, the entire family worried about her health but it was Eliza who stayed by her bedside keeping a vigil. Bridget died just one month later from bronchitis.
