b. Note:   Franklin F Roenneburg married Minnie Marie Raether in 1919 and farmed at different places south of Monroe, WI. In 1929 Franklin became the first motorized Patrolman with the Green County Highway Department. They lived in Twin Grove. After retirement they moved to Monroe. He died in his sleep in Dec 1977 at age 80. Minnie lmoved to Brodhead, for several years. Then to Cleveland,Tn (with Allen). She returned to Pleasant View Nursing Home-Monroe and there died at age 96 on Thanksgiving, 1996. Both are buried in the family plot at Greenwood Cemetery-Brodhead. They had three boys Kenneth, Dale and Allen ,and a daughter Ellen Joyce whio died shortly after birth.
