Note: �Tommy� died from acute lobar pneumonia, advanced portal cirrhosis of the liver with portal hypertention, while living at 160 Eddy St., San Francisco. He had been working in the liquor store downstairs as a clerk. He had also been working with a Minister tending to the homeless in San Francisco�s �Tenderloin� District. His body was cremated and buried at sea, off of Bodega Bay, California.
