The present sale was made for an amount in the sum of $290.  He is well (etendu) of his said inheritors Hilaire Joseph Doucet (na Vendant) (Abrolument) which their rights and title to the land ______ (decrite) mentin) (dant nullement) (conserver) any responsibility, (en vers) the said (Sieur acuercur), declare (ne le) have sold or ceded to any other person, that which except by the said Mr. Arsene LeBleu.
