Note: Probably 1810 US Census Sullivan Thompson, count 2-3-0-1-0|2-0-0-2-0 which is pretty good match. Death date is speculative, based on the acquisition of land in Ohio by son Oliver in 1818. Since in 1820 most of his family was in Indiana without him I am assuming that William died, and the family migrated West.
