Notes
a. Note:   David Henry Junior was killed during the first world war. He seems to have followed his father into the railway and had enlisted in the 6th Light Railway Operatives Company of the Royal Engineers (no. 230219). He enlisted in Harrow and at the time of his death had a home at 21 Milton Road Wealdstone, West London, with his wife Beatrice Annie Brown not far from where the family originated. At the time of his death on 11/3/1917, aged 30 years, he was a sapper. The records show that he actually died `at home` which means back in England, probably due to injuries sustained in France or Flanders.
