Note: Social Security No. 539-28-0040. Died of cardiac arrest. She is buried at Sequim View Cemetery in Sequim, WA. The morning of her death, she had walked approximately a half mile from her home, intending to go shopping in Port Angeles. She collapsed on the corner of Fourth and Washington streets in Sequim. Because her path was not taking her to the bus stop, it is assumed that she began to feel unwell and was going to her doctor's office. She collapsed diagonally across the street from his office. She was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital, as the medics were unable to resusitate her enroute.
