Note: Social Security No. 168-09-6754. Before his enlistment in the Army, he had married a woman named Bernice and had a child with her in 1903. The birth certificate of William Rusel Fullick indicates that his mother's name was Baserallo. William died in January 1967. There was an unidentified woman who attended the funeral of Albert Fullick in 1954 and was thought perhaps to be his first wife. It is said the marriage was annuled, however, I haven't been able to find a record of either the marriage or annulment. In 1920 Albert was an oil worker in an oil field. The home on Highfield Street in Canonsburg, was rented at the time of the 1920 census. He was a member of the Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church. He resided in Sturgeon, PA, on 22 Sep. 1903 when he enlisted in the 18th Infantry. He was described as 21 years and 9 months, 5'7", blue eyes, brown hair, fair complexion. On 6 October 1903 he was assigned to Company F, 2nd Infantry Division at Fort D.A. Russell, Wyoming. For the previous four months he had worked for John Madison in Stockdale, PA. He died at Ballard General Hospital in Seattle while visiting Roberta Wassum. The direct cause of death was pneumonia , but he had been diagnosed with bronchial cancer two years prior and it had metasticized to other organs. Rev. H. Ross Hume presided at the funeral out of the Hinton and Griffith Funeral Home in Canonsburg.
