  William E. Jordan's Obituary:
  "Funeral services for William E. Jordan, 71, of Route 5, Box 403,Texarkana, Texas, who died in a local hospital at 3:15 a.m. Wednesday,will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at the Baptist Church in Leary, Texas.
  The Rev. C. T. Kirkindoll will officiate, and burial will be in RedLick Cemetery.
  Mr. Jordan, a long-time resident of Bowie County, was a retiredengineer for the Texarkana Water Co. He was a native of Marietta,Ga., and a member of the Leary Baptist Church and the Woodmen of theWorld.
  Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Pearl Wheelington ofParkin, Ark., Mrs. Ruth Wiley of Ajo, Ariz., and Mrs. Marie Briley ofTexarkana; four sons, Albert of Phoenix, Ariz., Charlie of Hooks,Texas, John of Texarkana and Ray Jordan of Ajo; four sisters, Mrs.Pearl Melton of Macon, Ga., Mrs. Emma Landers, Mrs. Katie Dodgen andMrs. Lota Queens of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, John and Homer Jordanof Atlanta; 21 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren."
