1927: Foltz, John M. (Margt) contractor drilling, 2127 Boston ave."Again, Aaron Boggs is listed as residing in this house, but he did notappear in the 1922 city directory.
1930: "Foltz, John M. (Margt) drilling contractor, 2127 Boston av."Also listed at this residence is Elma K. Foltz, John and Margaret'sdaughter, and Aaron Boggs, Margaret's father.
1932: "Foltz, John M. (Margt) oil producer, householder 2127 Bostonav." Elma C. Foltz and Aaron Boggs are also living here. This year,Elma's occupation is listed as student. In 1934, basically the sameinfo is given as in 1932, except this year, Aaron is not listed in thecity directory.
1936: "Foltz, John M. (Margt B.) oil, householder 2127 Boston av."Elma C. is also living here, but now her occupation is shown asteacher at Pershing School. Margaret's sister, Nona Hazen, and theirfather, Aaron Boggs, are also living at this address.
1938: "Foltz, John M. (Margt B) oil operator, householder 2127 Bostonav." Elma is not listed nor is Aaron. Aaron died in January 22 ofthat year.

"John M. Foltz, 86 of 2127 Boston, a long time Muskogee businessman,died Saturday in Muskogee General Hospital.
He was born September 27, 1883, in Evans City, Pennsylvania, and movedto Muskogee in 1906.
He formed a partnership with William James Cook and established theFoltz Oil Company here.
He was a member and former trustee of First Presbyterian Church,Oriental Lodge, AF&AM; Muskogee Chapter Two Royal and Select Masters,Muskogee Commandery Number Two Knights Templar and Bedouin Temple ofthe Shrine.
The family prefers memorials to First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Alberta Foltz of the home; adaughter, Mrs. Otis Cochran of Stamford, Texas; two grandson, andthree great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are pending and will be announced by Petering'sFuneral Home."
The following was taken from the "Muskogee Daily Phoenix" on Monday,30 March 1970, on page 2.
"Funeral services for John M. Foltz, 86, who was involved for manyyears in the oil business, will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in Peterings'Funeral Chapel with Reverend L. Henry Churchill officiating.
Burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers willinclude Johnnie Foltz, George Foltz, Vernon Foltz, Richard Foltz, TomMcQueen and Bruce Daniels.
Honorary pallbearers will include Russell Fultz, J. Ordon Graham,James D. Gibson, Justin W. Campbell, Hub Adams, George W. Leopold andE. A. Root."
The next three paragraphs of this obituary are the same as the secondthrough fifth paragraphs above. The last paragraph listing thesurvivors was a little different.
