Note: and Richard House. In the 1830 census, Harris is listed on the samecensus page (16 households from Richard). Harris bought land in 1834that adjoins Richard House's land. Also in the 1820 census, RichardHouse has 2 males in his household ages 10-16. One of these malescould be Harris as he was born sometime between 1800 -1810. It should be noted that a Mrs. Nan Smith English, 507 South 5thStreet, Crockett, TX, thinks that Harris might be a child of Henry andSarah House. The following was found in "Family Puzzlers," datedApril 12, 1973, No. 286, pp. 7-8. (I have not tried to locate her. There are several English's listed on the Switchboard that live inCrockett, but none with the same address as given above. It's been 26years since she wrote the query.) "...In Clarke County, Ga. Henry House died 1819 or 1820, his wifeSarah - died 1836.
