The physcian's name who signed the death certificate isalso hard to read, but his address is Denver, Colorado. The personalinformation on the death certificate was furnished by Thos Lyons ofCreston, Iowa, Phoebe's second husband. Her father's name is given asDannie. I'm not sure if this is his first or last name. Hisbirthplace is unknown. The name and birthplace of Phoebe's mother isalso unknown. Phoebe's occupation is listed as housewife.
