First I desire that my body be interned in a decent Christianlike manner. Second I desire that all my Just debts and funeral; expenses be paid by my executors Out of the proceeds of the sale of my property herein after mentioned. Third I give and bequeath to my son Peter S. Brunner All the lands including my home farm which I own and have Title to and claim lying in Grayson Co. Kentucky on the waters of Bartons Run which I and My son Peter S. Brunner have valued at one Thousand Dollars which amount he is to pay over to my executors herein After mentioned in five equal Anual installments from my death and in Consideration of which I devise to My son Peter he is to take care of and support my beloved wife Racheal Brunner during her Natural life in case she survives me. Fourth In the event that my wife Racheal Brunner should survive My Son Peter Brunner I will and bequeath to her one third of all my lands lying in Grayson Co. Kentucky. including the swelling house and Orchard during her natural life. Fifth I will and bequeath that after my death that all my personal property of every description and also of land containing 138 1/2 acres in Clark Co. and the State of Indiana be sold that the proceeds there of as well as the proceeds from the sale of the home farm devised to my Son Peter S. Brunner be equally divided among my children touit Nancy L. Clark, Elizabeth C. Willis, Permilla M. Veach, Vardiman J. Brunner, , Issac W. Brunner, Peter S. Brunner, Mary J. Brunner & Racheal Ann Brunner. Sixth I nominate constitute and appoint my Issac W. Brunner and Peter S.
