Note: [Hoopers Main -A.GED] Buried Hood River, Hood River, OR. Fine Christian character. Neat, capable, strong willed and good nurse. Kept house for her father since her mother died. Patient. Married in Denver Colorado, 10/10/1908 to Harvey Thompson. He was a carpenter, and a very good musician. He was ill two years with (tuberculosis), and died 12/2/1914. They had been sweethearts for years. Mary was known as Dora. In 1924, her health began to fail. In 1929 sold her home in Hood River, OR., and went to live near Mr. & Mrs. Frank Ginther. In 1936 be came a helpless invalid, and Mrs. Ginther had her removed to the Ginther home, where she was cared for by Ann until Dora's death 12/3/1938. Buried at side of Harvey Thompson, same lot with her father at Hood River, OR. There were no children.
