a. Note:   Lydia was married to Silas J Friend at J.R.Friends home in Henry Co Mo Lydia was listed in the 1900 Census Cherokee Co,Galena,Galena City,Kansas . She was listed as being married to Silas J Friend for 21 years and was the mother of 6 children with 4 children living in 1900.Lydia married a John Thomas Hukill sometime between 1900 and 1919 as her father D W Sloniker was living with Lydia and J T Hukill at the time of his death in 1919. J T Hukill died in 1929 and on Sept 10 1939 ,Lydia and Silas J Friend was listed in the Miami Herald Newspaper with their marriage license. So they remarried after her marriage to J T Hukill.
