I appoint my wife Ada Gertrude YOULE and my son John Edward YOULE (hereinafter called my trustees) to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will to be my Executors, and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto my said wife Ada Gertrude YOULE the amounts standing to my credit at the Midland Bank Ltd Chesterfield and the Goodwill and Assets of my Agency with the Royal London Insurance Company Ltd. I devise and bequeath all my real estate and the residue of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Trustees upon trust to sell call in and convert the same into money with power to postpone the sale calling in and conversion thereof so long as they shall in their absolute discretion think fit without being liable for loss. I declare that no sale shall be effected of my house number 225 Ashgate Road, Chesterfield aforesaid or the contents whereof during the widowhood of my said wife without her consent in writing and that until the sale thereof my trustees shall permit my wife to occupy the same so long as she shall so desire. My trustees shall hold the net proceeds of the said sale and conversion after payment of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses upon trust subject as aforesaid as to the proceeds of sale of my said home number 225 Ashgate Road, Chesterfield, aforesaid and the contents thereof for my four said children, John Edward YOULE, William Arnold YOULE, Lilian Mary Rollisson and Jessie Annie YOULE (or the survivors of them) each in equal shares absolutely and as to the residue for my said wife Ada Gertrude YOULE absolutely. At my death I desire my body be cremated and the funeral service be held at the crematorium.
