  This is the last Will and Testament of me Matthew YOULE of 84 South View Road, Sheffield in the County of York Insurance Agent. I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Mary Ann YOULE all my real and personal estate together with the insurance business carried on by me to and for her sole absolute use and benefit and I direct my wife to pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses. I appoint my said wife to be sole executrix under this my Will and I revoke all former Wills made by me. In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this fourteenth day of January One Thousand eight hundred and ninety four.
