  This is the last Will and Testament of me Caroline Boyce of Number 14 Oakfield Place Clifton in the City of Bristol widow I appoint Edmund Wilkins Durston Caines and Cornelius Joseph White (hereafter called my said Trustees) to be Executors and Trustees hereof I give and bequeath to my daughter Harriett Emily Healls a legacy or sum of fifty pounds I give and bequeath to my daughter Alice Harding my gold watch and chain I desire that my said trustees shall bury me in Bristol and that they shall at the expense of my estate put a suitable memorial stone over my grave. I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal including my orchard at Street in the County of Somerset unto my said trustees upon trust at their direction to sell and convert the same into money and after payment thereout of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to divide the proceeds equally between my children share and share alike (my son Cornelius Joseph White accounting prior to such division for the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds which he now owes to me) and I declare that if either of my children shall predecease me leaving issue such issue shall take between themselves equally (if more than one) the share to which his her or their parent would have been entitled had he or she been living at the time of my decease and hereby revoking all former Wills or Testamentary dispositions by me at my time heretofore made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day of January one thousand nine hundred and eleven
  Signed and declared by the Testatrix the said Caroline Boyce as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her Request in her presence and in the presence of each Other have hereunto subscribed our names As Witnesses James Cross 14 Oakfield Place, Clifton Maria Cross 14 Oakfield Place, Clifton
  On the 18th day of March 1913 Probate of this Will was granted at Bristol to Edmond Wilkins Durston Caines and Cornelius Joseph White the Executors
  Be it known that Caroline Boyce of 14 Oakfield Place Clifton Bristol widow who at the time of her death had a fixed place of abode at 14 Oakfield Place aforesaid within the District of Bristol died on the 10th day of October 1912 at 14 Oakfield Place aforesaid
  AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate Registry of His Majesty�s High Court of Justice at Bristol and that the administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased by the aforesaid Court to Edmund Wilkins Durston Caines of 5 Hillside Cotham, Bristol, Insurance Manager and Cornelius Joseph White of 21 Longfield Road St Andrews Bristol Printer son of the deceased the Executrix named in the said Will

  Caroline was known to the family as Grandma BOYCE. She is in the photo of Ada Gertrude White's marriage to William YOULE taken in Bristol in 1912. 1881 census: High Street, Street.Her husband was dead by 1861 census leaving her with a baby . She had the first post office in street. At 1861 she was living with her grandmother Mary SYMS - where does she fit in? The Elms, Street, Somerset 22/5/1905 7 South Stoke Road, Coombe Down, Bath at 12/8/1908
