WILL This is the Last Will and Testament of me Mary White of Street in the County of Somerset widow whereof I appoint my friends Joseph Clark of Street and Thomas Gilling of Torquay gentlemen Trustees and Executors. I give and bequeath to my son, Edwin Brown White the legacy or some of sixty pounds free of duty I give devise and bequeath all my real estate and the residue of my personal estate unto my said Trustees their heirs executors administrators and assigns upon trust to call in all monies which may be due to me at the time of my decease and to sell and convert into money all such parts of my estate as may not consist of money and to stand possessed of the monies to arise from the means aforesaid and also of any ready money of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease after payment thereout of the said legacy the duty thereon and all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses upon trust to divide and pay the same until and equally between my two sons Cornelius White and the said Edwin Brown White and their respective executors administrators and assigns.
