  WILL This is the Last Will and Testament of me Mary White of Street in the County of Somerset widow whereof I appoint my friends Joseph Clark of Street and Thomas Gilling of Torquay gentlemen Trustees and Executors. I give and bequeath to my son, Edwin Brown White the legacy or some of sixty pounds free of duty I give devise and bequeath all my real estate and the residue of my personal estate unto my said Trustees their heirs executors administrators and assigns upon trust to call in all monies which may be due to me at the time of my decease and to sell and convert into money all such parts of my estate as may not consist of money and to stand possessed of the monies to arise from the means aforesaid and also of any ready money of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease after payment thereout of the said legacy the duty thereon and all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses upon trust to divide and pay the same until and equally between my two sons Cornelius White and the said Edwin Brown White and their respective executors administrators and assigns. Dated this 15th day of February 1871 Signed published and declared by the said Mary White as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses James Rossiter � Wells William Fielder � Wells
  At Wells on the 5th day of September 1876 Administration (with the will annexed) of the personal estate and effects of Mary White late of Street in the County of Somerset, widow deceased who died on the 4th day of August 1876 at Street aforesaid was granted to Cornelius White and Edwin Brown White, sons of the deceased, the residuary legatees named in the said Will, they having been first sworn. Joseph Clark the surviving executor and surviving residuary legatee in trust named in the said Will having renounced the probate and execution thereof. Under �300 3 folios
