Godparents: Mr. Allen and Mr Ives? and Miss J Edwards Godmother. Cornelius John White was a Srgt. in the Royal (Blue) Marines - he took his discharge in Australia presumably around 1910. He joind the Australian Army during WW1, and served as a Lt. Machine Gunner at Gallipoli. After the war he took up one of the Soldier Settlements and became an Orchardist (apples) at Batlow, in the Snowy Mts.Died of war wounds.
