Newbold This is the last Will and Testament of me, Mary Stevenson, late of the Township of Newbold in the parish of Chesterfield in the County of Derby but now of Chesterfield aforesaid, widow. I direct my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid and discharged by my Executors hereinafter named. I give and bequeath all my many securities for money, household goods and furniture and all other my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever until my two sons Charles and Henry their executors administrators and assigns upon trust to convert the same into money as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and each of them to retain one fifth part or share thereof for their own use and to pay one other fifth part of share thereof to my daughter, Eliza, also one other fifth part of share thereof to my son William and to pay the remaining fifth part of share thereof unto and equally amongst the children of my late son George as and when they shall severally attain the age of twenty one years. I devise all estates vested in me as trustee or mortgagee unto the said Charles Stevenson and Henry Stevenson their heirs and assigns subject to and upon the trusts and equities affecting the same respectively. I revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and appoint my said sons Charles Stevenson and Henry Stevenson Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twelfth day of September One thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight. Mary (her X mark) Stevenson - signed by the said Mary Stevenson and by her acknowledged as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto the same having been previously read over and explained to her. Sam Stanton and James Wright. Proved at Derby the 22nd day of January 1869 by the oaths of Charles Stevenson and Henry Stevenson the sons the executors to whom administration was granted. The Testatrix, Mary Stevenson, was late of Chesterfield in the County of Derby widow and died on the 21st day of December 1868 at Chesterfield aforesaid. Effects under �200.
