a. Note:   Property originally owned by Henry (approximately 420 acres) was located in what is now part of the Fort Worth Nature center and ran north to the approximate location of the Eagle Mountain Dam. Interesting note and description by Gladys Teague in the book Azle, Texas and its beginnings. When the City of Ft. Worth built Lake Worth, water backed up on Henrys land. At that time their were no laws requiring the City to reimburse him for that land, so he sold the remainder to the City of Ft. Worth. The Greines family leased the mineral rights from the city, and received several millions from gravel sales. The balance of the funds received was invested in rental property in the Rosen Heights area of North Side. However, Robert H. (Bob) drank up the entire estate, as he was Jennies favorite, and she just kept giving to him until it was all gone.
