Note: Services for Ethel "Mossie" Wells 81, will be at 10 AM Friday in Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Billy Smith will officiate. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Born Dec. 24 1909, atBerwyn, Mrs Wells died Monday, March 15, 1990, in a local hospital after an extended illness.
Married to Rubin Washington Wells Dec. 4, 1926, she had lived here all her life and was a former cook for Hamburger King and Bill and Barb's Restaurant. Shewas preceded in death by her Husband March 24, 1953; three sons Jack, Donald and Robert, and a daughter, Fern Richards. Survivors include two sons, Bruce, Ardmore, and Douglas, Lexington; three daughters Lois, Dorothy and Berdine; a brother, Clyde Royal, Henderson Nv.; two sisters, Rosie Allen, Ft. Worth, and Dell Stewart, Ardmore; 21 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
