Pearson, a retired employee of Southwest Casket Co., died Sunday at a Lake Worth nursing home. He was 87. Graveside service was Wednesday in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Pearson was a lifelong Fort Worth resident and a member of Worth Baptist Church. Survivors: Son, Robert D. Pearson of Manhattan Beach, Calif.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
