Janette Sink was born Nov. 17, 1935, in Fort Worth to John William Holder and Bernice Irene "Yummy" Pearson. She was a graduate of Carter Riverside High School in Fort Worth. She was co-founder and an officer with her husband, Jim, of Mar Tec Incorporated, a marketing firm in the electronics industry. She was a wonderful contributor to the business, but foremost was her love for her family. She loved to dance and entertain at home. Janette enjoyed her friends and enjoyed travel.
