Obituary Funeral services were held 22 July 1976 at 3:00 pm at Lawrence Chapel for Dee Ross Jackson age 72. Rev Royce Sanders minister of the 8th Avenue Baptist Church officiated with interment at Cotton Gin Cemetery. Mr Jackson had lived in the county all of his life and was a retired railroad employee. He died Wednesday 21 July 1976 in Teague General Hospital Survivored by his wife, Mrs.Connie Jackson, one sister Mrs. Jessie Radford of Fairfield,two brothers Dan Jackson of Odessa and Tom Jackson of Houston. Pallbearers were Eugene Nobles, homes Selman, bunyon Little, Marvin Beaver, Allen Hicks and Jerrel Weaver. Teague Chronicle July 29, 1976
