Note: Remembrance of Jennie is quite vivid. Always had a laugh and a story or two to tell. She came to Ft. Worth quite often and stayed with my grandmother Mary. In her later years, Jennie had married a man and they went to visit Mary and Roy. During the first night of their visit, Jennie and her husband had sex, and Mary woke up to the noise. Mary was so incensed over the incident, she told Jennie to never bring that dirty old man in her home again. Jennie always referred to me as her "cowboy". I always stopped off in Archer City when I was travelling to Lubbock or anywhere that took me even close to Archer City. Never passed up the chance to go by and see Jennie, Lillian and J.
