Note: Fort Worth Star-Telegram (TX) - November 3, 1992 Deceased Name: Phoebe E. Melugin ARLINGTON - Phoebe Estelle Melugin, a homemaker, died Sunday at a Mansfield hospital. She was 85.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Mrs. Melugin was born in Azle and was a lifelong area resident.
