  Ann traveled after her husband's death, and was in Hennessey, Oklahoma in 1893, having remarried. Her "man" left her. In 1895 Phoebe described Ann as a carefree, contented woman, happy with clothes to wear, food to eat and a place to sleep, so long as she could travel. Ann died 11 Aug. 1917
  "Aged Dubuqer Called by Death - Mrs. Elizabeth Wallace, aged 84 years passed away at her home on Sixteen Street Saturday after an illness of short duration. She was a resident of Dubuque practically all her life. She is survived by six sons and two daughters. The funeral was held Monday from the Hoffman undertaking parlors to the church in South Garryowen.   "Mrs. Elizabeth Wallace Died On Saturday - Mrs. Elizabeth Anne Wallace passed away Saturday evening at her home at the foot of Sixteen street. The funeral was held from Hoffmann's chapel Monday morning at 7:30 o'clock to the South Garryowen church.
