  Will of Calvin Edwards of Farmers Creek in the Co. of Jackson and State of Iowa being of sound disposing mind and memory aged 60 years. He gave $10.00 to dau. Mary Jane Howell; $25.00 dau. Catherine Maria Heath which is now due and owing to Calvin Luke Heath husband of said daughter as the purchase money of a cow sold to him this spring; $25.00 to son, Eldad Edwards in addition to advancements already made to him, and one cow which has not been delivered to him; $25.00 to dau. Dorthea Edwards, the sum of $25.00. To his beloved wife, Dorthea Edwards, left all the rest residue and remainder of the his estate real and personal property, for her use and benefit as long as she may live.
