I am attempting to confirm the death of my half brother Phelps Manning. Phelps has been unheard from in years. I located a name on the Aids Memorial sidewalk that may or may not be him. Sis, what a shock, where did you locate this information? It very well could be Phelps......as Dad never had anything good to say or acknowledge anything in regards to him........Are you going to try to pull up information as to deaths in Key West or do you think it might have been placed there by a friend? Georgia, I didn't know Mr. Manning personally. Unfortunately, the original nominating records for the memorial were not preserved, so I have no easy way to research what you ask.

You need to contact the Clerk of the Court at 305-292-3550 for the death certificate. For the Aids Memorial contact Aids Help at 305-296-6196.
