Note: Shortly after their marriage , they moved to Portland, MO. Twenty years later, they moved to Atlin, British Columbia, Canada. Their home was a log cabin and they had a team of dogs to pull their sleigh. Kate died at St. Paul's Hospital, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and is buried there. She had no children.
