Note: LARS DAHLEN DIES THURSDAY IN MINNEAPOLIS Lars Dahlen, 69, 1504 Broadway, died Thursday in the Veterans Hospital in Minneapolis. He was born in Norway and had resided in Superior for the past 19 years. He was a foreman for the DM&IR Railway and a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, Myrtle; two stepsons, Donald Mooney, Foxboro, and Clyde Mooney, Kenosha; one sister, Mrs. Anna Stromstad, Norway and several nieces and nephews in Norway. Pallbearers were Mark Anderson, Clyde Holsclaw, Than Blommfieldt, Eugene Blommfieldt, Charles Sims and Donald Dodd.
