a. Note:   DONALD L. BRINKMEIER Donald L. Brinkmeier, 1651 S. Rawleigh Ave., manager of the H.A. Hillmer Co. for the past 10 years, died Saturday afternoon in his home. Mr. Brinkmeier, a member of First Church of the Nazarene, farmed before working for the Hillmer Co. Born Feb. 16, 1921, in Loran, he was the son of Henry and Ethel (Mooney) Brinkmeier. On April 27, 1944, he married Marrietta Hoffman. Surviving are his widow; three sons, James of Pearl City, Daryl of Milwaukee, Wis., and Randall of Freeport; four grandchildren; two brothers, Weldon of Orangeville and Raymond of Freeport; a sister, Mrs. Helen Neebel of rural Freeport; and two stepbrothers, Albert and LaVerne Sturtevant, both of Pearl City. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, a foster sister and a foster brother. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Church of the Nazarene. The Rev. R. E. Hoskins, pastor will officiate. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Leamon Funeral Home, Lena.
