  JOHN GUNDERSON RITES WILL BE HELD MONDAY Funeral services for John Gunderson, 77, of 1115 Hughitt avenue, retired employee of the Hanna coal dock, who died Thursday, will be held Monday, 2 p.m., at the Central Methodist church. The Rev. Harold Nye will officiate and burial will be in Greenwood cemetery. Born in Trondhelm, Norway, January 4, 1869, he came to Superior 37 years ago. Surviving are the widow, Emillie; a son, John E., of Foxboro; four daughters, Mrs. Milton Nelson, Mrs. Henry Larson and Mrs. Myrtle Vang, all of Superior; and Mrs. Pearl Landaverk of Foxboro; two brothers, B. O. Gunderson and S. T. Gunderson, both of Marinette; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Carl Ellingson, Olaf Dahl, John Stalwick, E. O. Thompson, Carl Bloomquist and Ben Gallinger. The Downs funeral home is in charge.
