  HAY RACK FALLS; MAN IS KILLED WILLIAM WARD, WEST AURORA GRADUATE, DIES William Edward Ward, thirty-two years old, graduate of the West Aurora schools and for several years employed in the Burlington general offices in Chicago, was killed at Miller, S. D. when a hay rack which he was unloading, fell on top of him. He was a son of W. H. Ward, well known Burlington conductor, and resided in Aurora until about two years ago. The accident comes as a shock to his parents. They had been visiting with him at Miller and had been at home but a few hours when they received a telegram telling of his death. They left at once for Miller. After leaving the general office of the Burlington in Chicago, he embarked in the hotel business in Forreston. Farm life appealed to him and his father established him on a farm at Miller. He leaves a wife and two children. The remains will be shipped to Hinckley where the funeral will be held Wednesday morning at nine o'clock.
