all together w/ Milly Ann Stone materials dtd 1856,etc. Winny had several
infant children ( inf. could mean under 21). Soloman Park vs. Winny Park filed
1858. Winny Park states that it true that her brother Soloman expanded money
for benefit of her and her infant chldrn as charged in petition. He should be
remunerated. But this cannot be done unless they sell a portion of the land of
her husband's estate. Est Co Ky marr records, Book A - 80. Daniels Cem
records. 1850 est co ky census, state b place, VA. Husb dec'd at 1850 census
time. Marr 2/ Est Co Ky marr records, Vol 3 - 31 and Vol 5 - 363, she and new
husb - Widows.
