Note of same bequest referred to RP/1/56. Hugh Rogers was of Helston. '... the Bedstead with the Curtains & Valence thereof; & also the Chairs in my best Chamber: the performance of his late Mother's Aunt, who was my first wife.'
(cf. RP/1/56 which states that Hugh Roger's great aunt was Dr. Turner's second wife. Pencil note after end of quotation above states that the first wife of Dr. Turner was Catherine Bawden, widow of Thomas Code of Penryn.
