Note: According to his daughter, Alice L. Taylor, R.H. Taylor chased Poncho Via and Charged up San Juan Hill with Teddy Roosevelt. He was once thrown from his horse during a battle and ended up in some cactus, the spines of which went into his belly. He carried those spines in him for the rest of his life. He played guitar.
