Notes
a. Note:   Christina Ely died at 34 years old. She was John Foust's first wife. Her husband buried her on a hill on their farm and with that burial the Foust Family Cemetery was started. It is also called the "Mound" cemetery because it was on the site of what was thought to be an old Indian mound. Many of the Foust family are buried there and the cemetery is still there. It was used for 99 years with the last two burials recorded in 1924. The old cemetery is located in Westfield Township, Morrow County, Ohio between County Road 153 on the north and County Road 21 on the south, on Route 156. On the east side of Route 156 is a house numbered 2371 and across the road is a grassy lane that goes back about 1/4 mile to the cemetery. It cannot be seen from Route 156. Christina Ely Foust is buried in the ninth row and as of 1995 her stone was still there.
