Note: Fredrick was killed by asphyxiation when he fell asleep in his car with the heater on in October 1969. He served in the Vietnam war Frederick is buried in the Long Island National Cemetery at section 2P, site 3939. He served in the US Army from May 17, 1966 to May 27, 1968.
