  Easton Express Dec 9, 1932 Mrs. Emily Matthews, 88, widow of Thomas Matthews, Hazleton died yesterday at the home of her son, George Matthews, in that city, after an illness of three months. She was born in England and came to America in 1887, taking up her residence in Hazleton. She is survived by four sons and two daughters, one of whom is Mrs Charles Will, Easton.
