  Funeral services for Mrs. Mary B. Addy, a resident of Hazleton, Pa., who died on Tuesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Matthews, while on a visit to this city were held last evening at the residence of her daughter, 418 Fulton Street. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. Dr. Sleeper of Grace Episcopal Church. The body was today forwarded to Hazleton, her late home, under direction of S.S. Stiner.
