  Because of desertion the court today awarded a divorce to Thomas H. Matthews, 36 of 582 Alter Street, Hazleton, from Christina Matthews, 37 of 530 East Chestnut Street, Hazleton. They were married in Hazleton on December 18, 1903 by Rev J.C. Schlenker and resided together in Hazleton and Ringtown until August 22, 1913, when the respondent left her husband and and sold his effects.
