Tulay Grace M. Tulay, 76, of Levittown, died Sunday at Chandler Hall, Newtown. Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Anna Matthews. She moved to Lower Bucks County in 1952 and resided in Middletown Township for the past 42 years. She was a 1943 graduate of Hazleton High School. Until her retirement in 1993, Mrs. Tulay was employed as an administrative assistant by Neshaminy School District since 1969. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Byzantine Catholic Churc Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, was her husband, Peter Tulay. Surviving are sons, Michael P. Tulay, Knoxville, Tenn. and William J. Tulay, Vincentown, N.J.; a daughter, Marianne Trout, Las Vegas, Nev.; five grandchildren and a brother, William Matthews, Hazleton. Friends may call Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. A Parastas Service will be held at 8:30 p.m. A Panchida Service will be held Thursday at 9:20 a.m. at the funeral home, where friends may call from 8:15 a.m. until time of service. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, followed by Rite of Committal in Resurrection Cemetery.
