  Patrick J. Aidale 74, of 1251 East Front St. died yesterday June 20, 1977 at Muhlenberg Hospital. Born in New York City, he had resided in Plainfield for 57 years. Mr. Aidale, a retired mason contractor and builder had served on the Plainfield Board of Appeals for one year and on the Zoning Board of Adjustment for nine years. He was also a director of the Garden State Savings and Loan Association. He had been a comicant of St. Bernards Church of Plainfield and a member of the that church's Holy Name Society, as well as the Plainfield Elks BPOE 885. He had celebrated his 50th wedding anniversery in 1974. Mr. Aidale is survived by his widow, Mrs. Christine Santa Barbara Aidale; one daughter, Mrs. Patricia J. Powers of Plainfield; two sisters, Mrs Loretta Esposito of Norfolk, Va. and Mrs. Clara Matthews of Middlesex, and three grandchildren. Arrangements are by the Higgins Funeral Home of Plainfield.
