Easter, 64 a resident at 714 North Bell Street, diednear midnight Tuesday at the St. Joseph Hospital where he had been apatient since Monday. Death resulted from a complication of diseases. He was born July 25, 1886, in this city, the son of James andSarah Easter and had spent his entire life here. He had been employed muchof the time as a janitor. [Machinest and Moulder] Surviving are the widow, Henrietta, two sons, Harry Alvin athome and George of this city; four daughters, Mrs. Katherine RuthWelcher, Mrs. Ella Mae Pierce, Mrs. Ruth Paulos and Miss Sarah Lee Easter, all ofKokomo; his mother, Mrs. Sarah Watson, this city, six grandchildren andthree great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon inthe Ellers funeral chapel with the Rev. Dwight Patterson in charge. Burialwill be in Crown Point Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral homeafter 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon.
