Note: ew up in Snyder and graduated from Snyder High School, in 1964. I attended The University of Texas at Austin 1964-1968, and received my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering [BSEE]. In August, 1968, I was selected to participate in the United States Antarctic Research Program at McMurdo Station, Antarctica. After that brief respite, I returned to The University of Texas at Austin to begin my graduate work. In 1972, I received my Master of Science in Electrical Engineering [MSEE] and, in 1975, my Master of Business Administration [MBA in Finance]. Between 1975 and 1980, I worked in the defense electronic industry. Since 1980, I have been an independent financial consultant.
