Notes
a. Note:   12/23/2000 From McKee Family Bible - dob "April 24, 1851" 12/3/2000 dob, dod from McKee Family Bible. 12/3/2000 copy of page typed by Gladys contains information about family.:"J. M. McKee family moved from Tenessee (Lewisburg?), to Lamar County (Clardy?), TX about 1900; moved to Paris about 1910 (413 S. Jefferson or 23rd Street); lived at Jefferson or 23rd St, Oct 11, 1910; Lived at 523 Pine Bluff St., Paris, before 1911 when the Smiths moved to Grayson Co, TX, as Era remembers she and Alvin playing under an old oak tree at 523 Pine Bluff, and that Gladys was small (about 18 months old when Smiths moved to Grayson Co., late 1910 or early 1911. McKees lived on Pine Bluff when grandmother died , and grandfather probably sold everything after she died and his death notice listed his residence as Lamar St., After grandmother's death Feb 1912, grandfather visited Smith family in Grayson Co, (believe it was after J. H.'s birth in April 1912), and also went back to Tennessee to visit families for some time before re-marrying, and believe he died only a short time after re-marrying. The second wife apparently never lived in the Pine Bluff house.
